Collegist provides users with access to a collection of resources, including various research tools. You understand and agree that Collegist may include advertisements as part of the Services. Collegist is copyrighted. Collegist owns the copyright in the entire compilation of the Services unless otherwise noted. Copyrighted material may not be distributed, downloaded, uploaded, modified, reused, reproduced, reposted, retransmitted, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted, circulated, or otherwise used in any way except as expressly stated in such materials or in the TOS. Use of Collegist content or Services on any other website or computer environment without prior written permission from Collegist is strictly prohibited. User Conduct
As a condition of use, you agree to not use the Services for purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms. By submitting content to Collegist, you agree that you own all rights to the content and agree that the content will be subject to the Creative Commons Public Domain License. Except for accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any automated means to access the Services without express written consent. You also agree to not access the Services in any manner which at our sole discretion places an unreasonable load on our infastructure, interferes with other user's ability to access the Services, or bypasses any measure we may use to prevent, or restricts access to the Services. You will also not use the Services to impersonate other possible users of the Services. Collegist may remove any user submitted content or restrict your access to the Services at any time, without reason.
